Colin Richardson

Founder and CEO of several small businesses, I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science including a bio-medical specialisation. Combined with 20+ years of software development expertise, I
have extensive domain knowledge in Health Informatics that I have successfully incorporated into highly sophisticated medical systems and products. My focus on multi-dimensional database technologies lead Global Direction to became an InterSystems Caché partner in 1999. In 2002, I also initiated the process to become Australia’s first Certified Caché Expert (a designation
bestowed on less than 200 specialists worldwide), receiving certification and subsequently qualifying as an Ensemble Implementation Partner in 2005.

I setup Global Integration as an InterSystems Ensemble Implementation Partner servicing Councils and Local Government Authorities. The Ensemble Integration Platform is a clear leader in this field.

Because of my intense training from Mal Emery, continuously learning from the best in the world, I have developed the ability to help Small Business owners achieve dramatic improvements in their business in as little as 90 days. Kat Jays

From a young age, Kat’s search for identity fuelled her interest and fascination with the workings of the human mind, language, the art of communication, personality inheritance and genealogy.

Her 30 years of experience as a medical technologist extended from medical science and pathology practice to staff management, training and customer service. As well as a wealth of experience in a highly technical and detailed scientific environment, Kat understands how to motivate and inspire teams and individuals.

In 2006, Kat co-founded a software company specialising in system integration while studying towards a Diploma of Project Management. This diversion in her career path opened her mind to people’s ability to not only adapt to, but to embrace change regardless of the boundaries of age.

Since then, she’s pursued a psychology degree and is currently enrolled at Macquarie University. She is also a qualified NLP practitioner and Time Line therapist.

Kat’s broad experience of life and people combined with her formal training, insight and well-developed interpersonal skills has given her the ability to inspire people in their pursuit of excellence and maximise their enjoyment of life though success coaching. Her mission in life is to live authentically, to learn something new every day, to laugh often, to love much, and to leave a legacy.
